Wow, it’s almost the end of October and the leaves are changing color, here in Connecticut. I’m so grateful to live in such a beautiful part of the country! Today I posted a video about gratitude. I truly think that if you want to be happier in life, you must always be on the lookout for reasons to be grateful. If you write down five to ten things everyday that you are grateful for, even if its just breathing (because for some people this is not easy) you will see a significant shift in your life, resulting in more happiness – in thirty days or less.
OK, now get out there, buy yourself a journal and write down what you are grateful for! Today I’m grateful for; 1. my iPhone (you’ll see why in the video) 2. my family 3. my pets 4. Suzanne Evans for inspiring me, even though I didn’t buy her class 5.
